Successful Weekend

I have reached day 10 and I feel great! I have been channelling my anxiety to working out. I have a love for running and it feels great to run again and have no hangovers! I had some mad cravings this last Holiday weekend but I pushed through and came out strong. My goal is to not drink when I feel anxious or overly stressed. This is where my excessive drinking takes a turn for the worst. I would like to keep my energy level up and enjoy my days with no hangovers.

Congrats With 10 days sober !! Running is a good substitute and Great for your body and mind. Awesome ! Stick to doing positive things Even when you have bad days. IT will change how you think and your actions. Keep on this great track u got this
