Thinking of you! One hour at a time. Anxiety is so hard and such a trigger to just want to turn it off! I can’t believe I’m typing this, but breathing helps me. Back to basics. I have massive anxieties and find that they can’t help but ease up after 10 minutes of mindful breathing - sometimes guided breathing to take my own mind that much out of the physical need. Hang in there!
