Switching addictions

Hey all, I’ve been clean from porn for 93 days now. I’ve noticed that throughout my recovery I’ve used food as a coping mechanism when I’m feeling stressed or triggered. How do I tell if it’s compulsive or not? I don’t want to trade my sex addiction for a food addiction. I work 80 hours a week and I’m a guy in college; I’m bound to get hungry at odd times. But when is it crossing a line? Thanks
