I just want to say, @Robin, that I think youā€™re doing well with all this. Having had my own experience as a web dev and app dev, the challenges of supporting such a varied user base donā€™t go unnoticed by me. In particular the ā€œonly users can reproā€ predicament is a nightmare of mine.

I donā€™t miss trying to carry the weight of user pressure solo on top of actually addressing the issue itself. The anxiety felt like getting sick on stage, where the scene never ended and the curtains never closed. I wish I had remembered then, though, that none of it was about me, and I wasnā€™t on stage. People just wanted something back that had value to them, and I happened to be in the position to assist.

Itā€™s too bad I canā€™t ā€œshareā€ some of my successful forum loads with people having the issueā€¦ :confused:

My app updated last night and today it wont load either, Android. Iā€™m using my chrome browser and for some reason it wonā€™t let me attach a photo of my info. Samsung galaxy s7 edge, Android version 7.0. Edit:issue is sporadic, not consistent

Edit: my notifications from my broswer shut off too today after the update for some reason?

I havenā€™t had any issues either. (Except while in the beta). When I reinstalled last night, all is still fine. Motorola G6 Play.

Thank you. I appreciate that! Itā€™s hard for me to relax at all when I know something is broken, even if thereā€™s a simple workaround in place like open it in another browser.

I havenā€™t had any issues and I didnā€™t do any of this updating business. I have a Samsung A5.
