Help. I’m getting a new phone. How do I transfer or set up this app. Do I need user name and password?
I needed those when I set up my new phone.
You already have a username, so will also have a password you can use to log back in after downloading the app.
I believe Robin set up user backups (look for Cloud Sync in the settings on the counter page) which you can enable on your current phone so that when you get your new phone and log in with your credentials your sober counters and such will transfer across.
If not, you can always log in and just manually put your sober date in, but the tracking of resets won’t show - just your sober time.
