TED Talk about gray area drinking

I watched this YouTube video tonight and I thought it might be helpful to others. I’m certainly going to try it.
I’m a gray area drinker, it doesn’t take much for me to say yes to a drink or for my inner voice to say “you’re not working tomorrow so why not buy a bottle”
I’ve terrible will power & I know if I don’t try something new I’ll be back on the wine before long. I think I need to take a broader approach to sobriety rather than just telling myself I’m giving up. Clearly that’s not working at all.
So from tomorrow I’m going to go through this NOURISH list & begin a (hopefully) better journey with my sobriety.
