I gamed all night knowing I wouldn’t be able to do so ever again. My mom dropped me off at rehab. I don’t remember much of that first day as it was very overwhelming. But I do know that it was the best choice I’ve ever made.

I remember waking up feeling so ashamed, after I had stayed up until 5 am by myself drinking, again. I was sad and anxious. I went for a walk and tried to make a plan, and then downloaded this app. This app has given me more motivation to get sober than anything else has
