Even went to dinner tonight with two other couples. One of our favorite restaurants. I had water and an NA beer because I wanted to help fight the urge to order a drink and it worked. Plus, they have a huge variety…see picture below of the one I had. I previously would have had at least two glasses of wine there.
I know NA typically have less than 0.5% alcohol, but that doesn’t really count.
Cold medicine and other stuff have more than that.
