Just wanna say thankyou to everybody here…ive never could do this without this app…8 dayz sober feeling better each day except pounding heachache and some other side effects from withdrawal…

In my experience, the first 3-7 days were the roughest. Started to feel back to normal from days 7-10, and it’s been better from there. You’re almost through it!
Eight days is big. I counted by the hour for a very long time. Glad you are here!
