Thank you for your wisdom

I read through someone else’s post yesterday about staying motivated to stay sober when you start to forget about how bad the hangovers are etc. Someone posted about changing the view of alcohol as a positive and changing that perspective to thinking of alcohol not as something fun or positive but really seeing it as a disrupter, a negative, an illusion, it was so transformational for me to read. I feel it just clicked and made sense and allowed me to tackle 2 of my triggers last night. I appreciate these nuggets of wisdom and welcome them. Thanks to everyone who continue to motivate, it’s changing lives :heart:

Yes! I tell myself that alcohol is just a glass of depression and anxiety! So unappealing!:-1:
