42!
42 days! I had to do a zoom kid’s birthday painting party today and my drinking friends were gonna be on, and I had a total panic attack. I almost didn’t do it, but then I took some deep breaths and made myself a spicy clamato and pushed thru.
It turned out the drinking friends were overshadowed by all the kids, so it was fine. I just needed to remind myself that I was okay.

I too like to bring juices or something of the sort when I speak to family or friends on zoom. Something about having that option to look away and regroup my mind before looking at the others again brings me a little peace/reset of comfort.
