I use to do the Chemex thing 
but after 65 I splurged and went full on automated push button Phillips Latte Go Pro. I can make everything with a push of the button. Best “investment” ever. Except for all my fur babies.
Oh and I love Big Sur. Finally got out there last spring. So gorgeous.
Isn’t it amazing? We went in the fall of 2024 and I still remember it like it was yesterday.
I may have to upgrade my coffee machine! Yours sounds awesome.
