Yeah, me too! I do not like winters. But maybe I appreciate spring and summer more because of it.

I was cleaning the dining table where I put the Lego orchid together and was picking up the few extra pieces they include, and realize I forgot the little pink centre of the flowers  I guess I was eager to get the flowers attached. Added them just now

NICE! it’s on my birthday wish list :grinning:

I still reckon the Bird of Paradise set is the best, but this is full of lovely little details.
It’s a bit smaller than I thought, whereas the Bird of Paradise is larger than I thought it would be.
Still a really lovely set though. Great colour palette

Its the knock-off lego brand, but they have the pokemon sets! Here’s Pichu!

The LEGO dried flower centrepiece piece is rather delicate to move compared to others in the series and we keep it’s on the dining room table so gets moved a fair bit to accommodate meals etc.
Well… I happened to have a lovely long bowl which is made from crushed Macadamia shells with a wonderful orange lacquer on the inside that was being a lovely (empty) decorative piece… So… I tried combining the two and they fit perfect, making the piece so much easier to move while also really enhancing the display of the LEGO.
Serendipitous for sure. Super happy with this piece now and a great addition to the house.

I’m working on this set and it’s definitely delicate. I keep knocking pieces off as I’m assembling it. I feel like I’m “Man Hands” from Seinfeld episode :joy:

Anyone else into Lego? We make different sets and display them around the house. My daughter just recently made landmarks of London after a visit. This is a current one in the making. Really helps keeping busy and gives a real feel of pride when it’s finished. Sorry for the rubbish photo quality! Haha
