Sorry friend. I feel ya. Sitting on the back patio with my family and we usually are having drinks. It’s a beautiful day. A beer would be nice. But not worth it. Can you do anything to distract yourself?

That was little t. His video was what’s called"sending"( basically calling) a Blackpool girl called Sophie aspin cos they got beef and keep spitting bars at eachother slagging eachother off. They are just idiots from Blackpool who think they are withdrawals renowned fringe grime artists.

Have you thought about getting a sponsor and working the steps ? It really did help me beginning of my recovery when I had cravings I used to call my sponsor. It’s normal to feel how u feel. X I’m glad your feeling better and reaching out x
