Y’all are cracking me up this morning! Definitely a thread of sunshine for me on this cold, gray and rainy morning here in Texas. Once again I didn’t sleep through the night. 
I feel like I have a toddler in the house again. My cravings were strong last night but I resisted. I hadn’t really had any for a while but yesterday afternoon they came out of nowhere. Thankfully I recognized them and was prepared when I went to the store after work. Didn’t even pass by the beer & wine section. Used to find reasons to go that direction & end up with a bottle or 2 in my cart. So that’s a win. I actually have a busy day at work today but gosh I’m sleepy. Hope you all have a great day/afternoon/evening!

Hay lovely lady. Them naughty cravings can be a nightmare especially when they pop into our heads when we ain’t expecting it ! Your doing amazing by recognising the signs and not acting on them . Very proud of you x
