Good morning sunshiners :sun_with_face:
So today is day 31. I passed a month. And I participated in the 30 day experiment of Annie Grace thanx to @Shell who I will be forever grateful :heart:. I didn’t know that you receive further emails beyond day 30 and this makes me absolutely happy. I really do believe I changed my complete mindset Thanx to this experiment. I’m also reading her book and I’m just loving it. I can just recommend to each and every one to read it!

My sobriety is the safest thing I have right now :sob:

I feel like my back is against wall with a pitchfork

That is so great Julia !! And fantastic that you get emails still. I’ve saved each email from the 30 days so I can re read and replay the videos. Congrats pet I’m proud !!

Thank you my sweetie. Yes I’ve saved all of them too😉

Morning folks. Heading for a run now which is soo much better than passing on it cos of a hangover. :grin:. Must record the :rugby_football:. Hope to watch it before I see the result… some chance. I think my neighbor country England is looking good for the win. Enjoy the game my new English buddies.

Of course I’ll take a friend anywhere I get one. It’s a 5km park run. My 12 year old could have a nap waiting for me to finish. If I try to go fast I end out walking…so slow pace for me… about half an hour.

That’s great:clap: any workout doesn’t matter If slow or fast is good for your health :running_woman:t5:

Morning everyone :blush:

Congratulations on your month @anon35096624, that’s fantastic and so good to hear you so positive. I’m so pleased that the experiment helped you, and yes the emails will keep coming, I still get them now :grin:

Been trying to build up fitness for a couple of years now … Binge drinker so I would be positive for a few weeks and think things are ok… Then would get stressed or depressed or just wanna say f. it, and then it would be a lottery on me either drinking one night and stopping… or going for a few days. Rarely missed a day at work.

I’m here to try to break that cycle of depression. I’m sick of not caring about stuff I should care about. I’m sick of it making a mess of me.

Thanks. All in it together. Haven’t fought the addict in me properly in years.

Morning from Texas sunshine crew. My app says I got 9 hrs of sleep last night! Still feel like I could sleep 9 more. Time for :coffee:.

@anon35096624 congrats on 30 days!! That’s huge.

@Kmcc123 hubby and I just started training for a 5k. Hitting the pavement definitely makes me feel better! Hard to run (or jog/walk) when you have a hangover.

@Conor689908 enjoy your day of sports watching! Sounds perfect to me.
