Sorry about your ear. :pensive: It’s hard to sleep when we’re in pain. The sleep did me good for a bit but last night I was restless again. I’d love to go back to sleep now that I’ve done my run and showered. I’m tired all over again. It’ll all even out eventually. I hope. :wink: Hope your ear heals up soon and you aren’t in pain anymore! Take care of you.

You’re right Fran, it hasn’t been easy. But I’m just taking it one day at a time. I agree with @Conor689908 that I need to treat each day like day 1 to stay on target. All of you and so many others here at TS have helped me tremendously. I’m so thankful. :heart::slight_smile:

Never said a word just talked about her holiday but I noticed she was giving some of the accounts work to the other girl in the office so I’m hoping that continues but I doubt it. I’m grand today thanks Conor :blush:

Yes definitely. But also the further along I got the more determined it made me.
30, 60, 90, 100 all hard won days that I wasn’t prepared to give up.
It’s what stopped me from going back.
