I’m back at work… But that’s not a bad thing really.
Neck and shoulder have been giving me some increased grief as i wait for surgery but, y’know… It’s all ok. Everything will be all ok

Hi hunni. I had a fall on Sunday night walking my dog … I broke my wrist and had to have surgery. In so much pain and need another op in a month to rebuild my wrist!!! Hope your ok . Thank you for thinking of me x xxx

Bless your heart thankyou. Thank God the nhs is great here in UK. The hospital have been great. The nurse’s work so hard and was so kind to me . I was worried talking morphine for the pain but I so needed it after surgery! X

It’s a nightmare! Im taking codeine and paracetamol. I had morphine after surgery but didn’t take any home with me ! I’ll be off work for at least 6 months… hope your ok X xxx

You can’t suffer. It’s normal to take pain meds under doctors care after surgery. Just have someone take control of them for you, if needed. You poor thing. I wanna say feel better but that’s gonna take a while.

Thankyou Lisa. Pain meds I’m ok with I’ve never had a problem with them … I was a crack and heroin user … I’m so greatful to have this app ! Its gonna be my life saver! Especially as I’ll struggle going to meetings! X
