I feel it mate,probably more so as the post using depression is lifting . I was told by a physician last night that I have the blood pressure attributes of an athlete. Why then can’t I run up the road to the shop without puking my gutts up 
He was referring to it being quite low when I’m at resting state then starting to exert energy,had some weird tests done tbh 
Physically all is as it should be,my six monthly him and hepatitis came back clear. Liver function tests came back fine also which is important because of the naltrexone I take. How are things with you,are you doing any better? I must have been offered just about every drug available in the lobby of my local drug services centre,part of the reason that I don’t go there so often. I ran in to an old using buddy and would say that if he carries on as he has Been doing then He will Be dead before summer. Can’t get hung up o these things though in it,I can only be responsible for my own well being and recovery. They have a fake tree in the lobby on which the names of those who have passed through drug use recently are written on pieces of paper and hung up,there have been 16 since I was last there before Christmas,I knew 7 of those people. I think that maybe I’m in a good mood today is that my name isn’t up there after my recent binge.

Is it around cumbria? I seem to remember seeing a thread about it but i didnt look at it. I would certainly give it some thought as it would be a great chance for most of us to meet up. It depends on how long it is I suppose,distance and duration of time. Tag me in it if you get chance please.

relaxing bath sounds lovely. We are just heading out with the toddler and pooches to get some fresh air in between the rain wind and snow storm that gave been hitting here for last few weeks 
That sounds nice too! Here we had loads of rain as well. Now it’s dry so maybe we will go out for a walk too if I ever get the courage to get out of this bath
