I listened today for the first time and everything he said made so much sense to me. I have struggled with alcohol for 40 years.
Today I sit at home with.ZERO urge to drink.

Does his coaching cost anything .?
He has a program, yes. Not sure of the cost.
As of now, I’m getting lots out of his podcasts and still have no urge to drink.
