Just look for any bellavitano and try it out. My local grocery carries a couple of different “flavors” and of course the Merlot is my favorite. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

But really, “Cambozola,” also called blue brie. It’s like a hybrid of camembert and blue cheese. Slightly milder than blue, creamier, and a hint of the smokiness of camembert.

Good stuff but hard to find!

Camembert and Gorgonzola hybrid. My fav EVER. The black label shit on some warm baguette with prosciutto is my favorite snack of all time. :sob::black_heart:
Sometimes with cucumbers, red onion, baby arugula.
Bread and cheese is life.
