is it even an English thing…
How about a scone totally different foods completely…
Where have you been hiding ??
There was a little place in downtown San Diego that used hashbrowns. That was pretty good too.
I have also had tater tots and seasoned fries.
Allllllllll good!
Actually, the seasoned fries/browns might be solid.
Burritos always struck me as big, bland carb roll ups. Beans or taters. I’m saying, a good taco is where it’s at.
Oh hell yes!
California, Arizona burritos got them taters and they’re bomb
Pubs, bars, cold floors, drug dens, bottom of bottles, apparently there is a whole world out there. Can’t wait to see what I learn next, burritos is just the beginning
Yes potatoes in a burrito seem pretty common here. I’m not sure how authentic it is or if it’s just a Mexican-American thing.
I know potatoes in tacos is a common thing too, Tacos de Papa
Carbohydrate mixes are fine. In UK we eat crisp (potato chip) sandwiches. And potato and mayo is yummy on pizza in Japan.
It cant be worse than pineapple in pizza, right?!?!
noooooooooooo to potatoes in burritos! are you from SD by any chance? that’s where i’ve had those ‘california burritos’ i think they can them
LOL No not from SD but always had potatoes in my burritos since grandma used to make them
exactly!!!
Nothing like potatoes to divide HA HA HA!!!
i never see potatoes in burritos in LA (thank god lol). unless you order that style of burrito.
tacos are definitely #1.
I’ve only ever had them without potatoes and really like 'em
As a little boy I used to make a very interesting sauce.
It was a combination of
- Apple sauce (gosh I’m happy I’m Dutch)
- A Dutch variation of Mayonnaise
- A Dutch variation of ketchup
- Peanut sauce
- Some Danish spicy tomato sauce my grandparents brought with them once.
I was a strange little boy lol
When you were a kid and yes this is very strange!
@Ravikamor I’m so sorry I ever questioned this strange potato in burrito business
So did you just make it or did you also eat it? Your story doesn’t tell
@BJM lost it at “when you were a kid” bahahaha
@Ravikamor I’ll only say this: I’ve never tried it, it sounds unusual, but if you’d make it for me, I’d have it!
I’d eat it
