I do the same now. I didn’t go to nearly as many baseball games up in Phoenix this year. On top of the crowds, it’s a 2hr drive each way, and not a particularly pleasant drive after you’ve done it dozens of times. My comfy bed is a nice place to watch from and I have dogs, they don’t have those in the stadium.
I wasn’t diagnosed ADHD until I was…27? 28? But it explained a lot. It wasn’t like a critical thing for me, but it has helped me understand myself a little better.
Similarly, I’ve been diagnosed as autistic by 2 therapists, and my current one doesn’t think so. All 3 were/are qualified to make that diagnosis, so
But like ADHD, I figured I’ve lived with this brain my whole life, a label doesn’t change it one way or the other.
Yeah I agree, it doesn’t matter unless I need medication or something. My friend is 45 and just diagnosed and her eldest son is showing early signs of adhd or autism as well. So it’s opened up conversations of how to show up for him really to get him comfortable in his skin. I guess that’s always the positive, that knowledge is power and you can read up and give grace around something that’s just effectively different chemistry. Like any one, I just always want to feel the best I can….i guess I’ve placed a lot of that responsibility on antidepressants, so would be eager to know if I can show up for myself better.
I’ve got a package at Stamford Bridge this season for four of the big games - Arsenal, Man Utd, London City Lionesses and Man Citehhhh. That’s probably all I will attend 25/26 season. You probably know already that Stamford Bridge is not exactly huge anyway, wedged between the bourgeoisie manors of Chelsea and Fulham. I find it quite a comforting and ok size to attend live sports in. Plus it’s a 25 minute journey from my apartment to Chelsea.
I am a computer geek and I am wondering if that happened because the category that is 100 % lezourez and I chose along with picking another option. Technically one hundred percent of the voters chose can I jump around like Dr Who
When money based on an MBA Loan comes my way in a couple weeks, my mind is twisted. What would you do, while studying for an MBA and being seen at VA Clinics?
Buy a cheap camper and zip around the USA
Buy a cheap camper and lease a 1/3 acre spot you’ve been approved for
Just car-camp. That costs even less
AirBnB to be alone and get it together
Spend nearly every penny to buy a mobile home in a town you don’t like and yet where a parent lives
