I was a ketchup monster as a child. Now I find it revolting.
I had always thought that mustard was disgusting - but I only knew the straight yellow mustard for a long time. Which is still gross IMO.
But a good quality dijon? Stone ground? Honey mustard? Abso-fuckin-lutely.
Also partial to mustard-based sauces with BBQ.
