Cooking- find some cookbooks and try some new recipes

Declutter - pick a room and declutter

Knitting/crochet - can be inexpensive and fun but can also be challenging.

Musical instrument - Ukulele is a good entry level instrument, easy to learn can be inexpensive

Become a master at Excel - this is a skill that can make your life easier, when it comes to budgeting, book keeping, managing lists/tasks etc. It can also grow your career, it’s a skill that will always be in demand.
