I’ve been in an on and off battle with quitting entirely and then telling myself oh it won’t spiral out of control again this time, but truth is it does. In time. So this is the last time I’m gonna tell myself that, and each day it’ll get easier. I’m just going to do the best I can with each passing day. I also know it will help my physical and mental health I’m sure. Having hangxiety and constant heart burn is entirely too much and it will not be missed. Wish me luck!
You don’t need luck @AnastaysiaMariex you just need the commitment and support. So glad you came back, congratulations!
(Also resources and a few other things to stay on track )
Well done so far. First attempt in learning teaches us how to do it right. If you were learning to ski downhill and you fell off, people would applaud for picking yourself up and trying again. You know more this time and its truly worth it. Smile at your success and be your number 1 supporter. Remember to give yourself as much credit as you need and mind that inner child who needs all the love you can give her xx
Welcome back ! I agree, luck will not help you. Regular effort will. What can you do this time that you didn’t do the last two times? Keep adding things until you make that charm yourself.
Welcome back Anastaysia
Great work on taking it one day at a time.
For me, staying focused on the present moments / urgea was important. Keeping myself busy and surrounding myself with support helped get through the early days.
We got your back here.
