This Clock - 30 Hours

Laying here at hour 30 with countless negative thoughts, a long list of responsibilties, and no motivation to do anything. But staring at this clock. Watching it tick up. It helps.

Last night was my first saturday not drinking. I had a lot of anxiety. Was up all night. But did not drink. You can do this.
