Thoughts/experiences on CBD and Magnesium?

I’m only speaking from my experience with these powerful supplements. I’ve been taking 1000mg of magnesium along with a whole food multivitamin everyday, and then I started taking CBD a week ago. Since then, little by little…I noticed the CBD has helped me through my urges and any other mild side effects that I’ve been experiencing from the absence of alcohol. With the combination of these two supplements my sleep is getting better, aches and pains are less frequent, and my stress and anxiety levels have improved. Now it’s time for a nap. I take magnesium before bedtime because it’s supposed to relieve restless legs. Seems to do the trick.
