Are you in any 12 step or recovery programs. You will find a lot if support here and many who share a common problem.
Oh yes i am also in SA. Its a good support community. I signed up here just to remind myself and see the recovery actions of others

In SA too and a bunch of others as well. Are there live face to face meeting where you are? If not I do recommend some if the phone meetings you can get information about at, where else,… SA.com
No f2f meetings here…but i am really looking forward to phone meetings now…
I am lucky enough to be in the East Coast time zone. There is probably a meeting from 4 in the morning to 12 at night on the Eastern Standard Time zone. All you will have to do is correlate your timezone to the meetings.
ok i see…Thanks for the advice…I will try… I need some serious help. Porn has already ruined most of my health and life. I am just hoping to get some recovery now
