Hiya, 31 year old (for 2 more days) Scottish trans woman here who has finally admitted i need to stop drinking. Am 16 hours free atm. I have harmed people close to me. I have lost some of those people. It has cost me too much and I shall stop, for myself, for those close to me, for those I’ve hurt. I guess I’m putting this down here for culpability… or to look back at it and know why i am doing this

Congrats on making the best decision ever! For yourself first and foremost. I hope to see you around this community as it’s helped me tremendously to become an active member here, especially when things feel hard but also to lend help to others in need.
