A year ago today is the day i went to treatment for trauma and didnt know it at the time but also for alcohol. This year has been a big year of growth of how i react to people, places, and things, the good news i got my feels back the bad news i got my feelings back. I still got alot of work todo but i definitely see a growth in myself. Some families and friendships see the positive, the ones who down play it are the one who dont want me better.
