We should remember that if a situation cannot be changed, there is no point in worrying about it. If it can be changed, then there is no need to worry about it either, we should simply go about changing it.
Day 10 and Day 11. We are moving out of my comfort zone, so my plan is to plank to failure, rest 30 seconds, then plank again, rinse and repeat until the daily goal is reached.
I rearranged the den, now that my kids are both out of the house (more or less) to accommodate my trainer bike. I find it way easier to ride for an hour watching a movie than going a half hour listening to music. Hmmm.

Fu@£!*÷ He££ why do I always think I know best? So I got to 1 min on day 11 and instead of resting a whle I thought Id just carry on and do day 12 also . Anyway both are done now and I definately need day 13.
