60 secs, 10 secs break, and then the remaining 30 secs…
Day 12 complete! I’ve been working ahead a little bit because I didn’t want to losses the momentum from last month. I’m up to 2:30 but I might have to switch to your strategy. I use my elliptical every day and watch a TV series on it. I restrict watching whatever show I am on to when I’m only on that to motivate me ![]()
Day 12 done all in one piece. I am trying to use the plank not as an exercise in counting seconds, but as a time to focus on breathing in and breathing out, and listening.

1 minute, short break and then the remaining 40 secs. I can’t do 1:40 in a row, but the truth is, I’m noticing some small improvements! At the beginning of the month I was already trembling at 30 secs! ![]()
