Day 18 done, in the gym 3 rounds of 1:35, 1:35 and 1:30 each. Tomorrow is a new day, let’s go! Day 19, I took the rest day a couple days ago, so I’m back on track.

@Elephanttail Just once 5 minutes for me too! 3 minutes 30 seconds is already so difficult.

Tomorrow my program is 2 x 4 minutes.

I’m proud of me for not dropping out too! This is the longest I’ve gone in a challenge in a least a year. We got this :flexed_biceps::flexed_biceps: Only 10 more planks

I did some pilates last night and my core is already sore so I am not looking forward to today’s plank :rofl: but it will get done….. eventually

Well done for not dropping out :flexed_biceps:t2:, though you’ve launched so many challenges, I think you’ve finished more than one! I’m not sure how I’ll handle the 4- minute planks, my plan is 4 sets of 1 minute each! Worst case scenario it’ll be shorter sets! We’ll see… :woman_shrugging:

Day 21 :white_check_mark::white_check_mark: today was a see how long I could go kind of day. I made it down to 48 seconds before pausing the timer and taking a little break and then finished of course lol
