Day 18 done, in the gym 3 rounds of 1:35, 1:35 and 1:30 each. Tomorrow is a new day, letās go! Day 19, I took the rest day a couple days ago, so Iām back on track.

Tomorrow my program is 2 x 4 minutes.

I did some pilates last night and my core is already sore so I am not looking forward to todayās plank
but it will get doneā¦.. eventually

today was a see how long I could go kind of day. I made it down to 48 seconds before pausing the timer and taking a little break and then finished of course lol
