Me and my two left feet are banned from body combat for life. I nearly took off someone’s head, more than once!

No day 11 for me I’m too sore. I have to pause. Should’ve paused yesterday but stubborn me wanted to do the plank ![]()
I did the holy body hold thing today. Time seems to be slowing down even more. Not even music can change this ![]()

- did a min and 15 seconds cause that’s a big jump from a minute to a min and a half.
Feeling a bit better today. Pretty sure a stomach bug hit me
but I’ll be alright

Day 11 done.
I’ve been counting a long in my head, but breaking it up into 5 seconds a piece. So 1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1 seems to help for some reason.
. Got a consecutive minute 30 seconds today, and wasn’t horrible.
Day 10 & 11. I’ve got to stop doubling up and just do it on the day!

I do this when I have many many reps. I cut them down in smaller pieces which then also occupies my mind calculating. But often when I have music along and god forsake start singing I forget where I was counting ![]()

- full minute on elbows and toes and then went to high plank for the rest of the time. It’s getting up there

- done before work. Made it a min and 10 before I looked at the clock

Today was the first day I had to stop and that was because I was in my head about my hand positioning.
I may try a walking plank tomorrow. I got back into pose and finished though.
