Traveling Sober

I came upon this pond at sunrise on a bike ride around Exeter, New Hampshire, USA yesterday.

We covered 12kms (a huge sprawling circular) including several steep climbs, then I got my friends to climb this tower :tokyo_tower:

I’m potentially starting a new job- waiting on background check etc and want to travel so bad, go on one of the solo group adventure. I am incredibly new to sobriety so am afraid of relapsing bc spending a lot of time with 6-9 strangers is a little anxiety provoking for me but no one else wants to go kayaking/canyoning, hike in hot weather, understandable. Has anyone joined a solo adventure group? How was it? A lot of drinking (very little). I’m making sure to avoid the ones with visits to wineries and distilleries.

i’m hoping the early activities might help lessen the urge to drink..hmm..i should find out when activities start
