I actually got some decent sleep last night after working(as a server) all day and doing a small workout. I just had to exhaust myself I guess. But regular workouts sound like a good plan, it kills many birds with one stone

The first 3 or 4 days i had a really difficult time sleeping, as expected. Then i was sleeping for 12 hours at a stretch for about a week, and also feeling much more tired. Im 13 days in today and suddenly am pretty much where youre at. 3 hours at a time, hard time getting back to sleep. I figure it will pass. Fortunately for me i operate fine on little sleep, but i know a lot of folks dont. Caffeine to the rescue lol
