I need some advice on how to maintain focus on my recovery. I go thought spurts where I am very focused and motivated and then I seem to hit a brick wall. Thanks in advance!
That is called being a human. We all plateaue. I find getting on here and reading posts, along with AA meetings help me regain my stride.
