Lololol there’s a better chance of an army of frozen pigs flying in to hell and having a snowball fight with satan than me becoming a mod.
I actually have no problem with your moderation. I just think you are overworked and underpaid and it gets frustrating.
Absolutely not
I know you weren’t. I’ve just seen some things that are annoying and frustrating for me. So I’m going to chose to step away and not interact.
See how easy this is?! I didn’t even have to flag or ask to have anything deleted.
I can relate to annoying and frustrating.
C’mon you are more level-headed than most, whether you want to admit it or not.
I can admit that but I don’t want any looks behind the scenes, I hardly maintain regular status, and I’d have to deal with 58930 Derek flags a week.
Probably won’t have to deal with them long as I’d imagine another suspension is coming
@DowntroddenGoat always stays above the gray but may not have the time commitment.
Perhaps a flag committee is appropriate? @SassyRocks they won’t have full mod capabilities but will be able to discuss in private the days flags. Flagged posts will be hidden until review. Upon review the post will either be unhidden, with no marks against the accused, or removed with a mark against the accused.
We could split it up into 2 groups based on geographical location and have 2 meetings per day based on timezones
Good idea
I like the committee idea. Like 3 person review, each cast a vote and proceed accordingly.
The way I see it, it would be hypocritical of me to lead the bitch bitch bitch parade without offering a solution.
That’s a valid point, if you’re gonna demand change, you should be able to suggest some proposed changes
Lol. Absolutely!
I think you should step up.
Thanks for the invite, but I’m not the person for it
I miss too much details in a conversation thanks to the language barrier.
But charmed that you think I can do it though.
Ps, but I do think more moderators are needed despite @SassyRocks hard work!
I know you would be great at it
