Hi, I’m 23 and I’ve been on opiates for 5 years and I’ve been trying so hard lately to do it cold turkey, I went 5 days and it was worse than any other day I relapsed for 1 day then went 4 days and relapsed for another day and now I’m going onto my 3rd day again but this time I don’t feel that bad and I’m praying it doesn’t get as bad as the other times I tried

Welcome to the community @Brandon121 you will find some incredible people here that will help you along with your journey in recovery. The most important thing is keep reaching out, keep reading, and staying connected.
You will find people with similar struggles that you can relate to. Just remember to take it easy and to take it one day at a time, one hour at a time, even one breath at a time, sometimes is what it takes to make it through the day clean and sober.
