Go for a walk. Write in your journal. Listen to music and cry. Draw a picture. Clean out a closet. Read short stories. Check in with your sober community.

Well done on taking care of your self. Learning to feel emotions and let them go…not get stuck in them or drink/use at them …it is healing.
