So this is it. This is my rock bottom . I just had to do a reset…again. It’s so difficult every time I hit the button. I had to do a reset cause my life is changing drastically in the next few days so I figured why not splurge one last time. I am sick with 2 kidney stones and a ruptured ovarian cyst at the same time. I have been in extreme pain for months. I just left my job yesterday. My parents are coming tomorrow to take me back to live with them early next week. I will be having a new strict diet. Fruits, vegetables, low salt and most importantly, no alcohol. I am excited for the new beginning but at the same time I hope i can control my mind when I want a glass of wine and just say no. I really think I’m ready this time. I have to be.
