Sorry I’ve been gone for sooo long but I’m back now and been doing really good! I’m so glad to be back here. this place has given me so much comfort and made me realize im not alone in my struggles 
I’m almost at 200 days of not self harming again which I’m proud of! I hope you all have been doing well with your sobriety also
