Useful ways for you to plan for and accomplish tasks?

Life has been a bit overwhelming lately due to multiple tasks I’ve got to carry out both at university and work.

I’m not really good at planning or better say sticking to my plans. (I have ADHD though I don’t like labeling)

What are the approaches which you found useful when you are overwhelmed by neverending obligations?

I tried the longest to juggle and finally realized for me, I have to do one thing at a time.

Sometimes, for example, there is a hold up (not on my end) so that’s when I prep for what I’m planning on doing next but won’t start on it until the other is done completely.

Saves my brain & keeps my stress low. All I got.

Breaking big tasks to smaller steps so it’s easier to start. I also use to do apps. I like gamified apps like Finch and Habitica.

Im a list person lol. So I write down everything that needs to be done and then i decide what is the most important/takes top priority. I have a calender on my phone aswell where I write certain tasks for certain days. And i make sure to not overwhelm myself with doing too much a day. Ill take care of maybe 3 or 4 tasks a day, making sure that I have time for myself also.
