My mantra this weekend is i do not need a cookie…

Cuz with me one cookie = 5 more cookies = not meeting my goal weight by 1/31

WEEK 05: 12st 3.6lb [+2.6lb, total: -3.4lb]

Disappointing but I can’t say I’m surprised at this, could’ve easily been more on to be honest. It’s been a very indulgent week. And I can’t see next week being any different.
Next week I’m just aiming for damage limitation I think ! :flushed: X

Ya that’s it.
201.2 lbs.
I knew I’d crack 200. Don’t like it. Hoping I stole those 2 pounds from you @Cjp

Holiday and vacation indulgence catching up with me. Good thing it’s almost over.

At least we stay sober.

I do hate that damn fluctuating scale.:face_with_symbols_over_mouth:
Are you still doing the weighted vest work outs? Maybe an increase in muscle tone is causing the numbers to increase?

@Cjp aww no. Could it be hormones? I can gain 4-5lb the week before my period, it’s very frustrating.
Hope this is just a random fluctuation and the scales even out next week

365 days today i had roughly 8 months of sobriety and decided to commit to an allround healthier lifestyle Sobriety was my main focus but i was severely overweight, out of shape, and ashamed. So after i felt steadier in my sobriety i bought a $20scale off amazon and acknowledged the problem.

I didnt start working out immediately. I started by tracking my calories with the free app my scale came with. I tried intermittent fasting. I increased the number of walks id take Boscoe on a week.

Hit a major plateau in July and knew i needed to up my exercise game. Appealed to my curious brain and tried gym groupon deals, free trials, new gym classes. Ive tried spin, HITT, yoga, boot camp, cardio, at a gym, at home, everything to keep me engaged and not bored.

I love data and how it can tell a story.

In 365 days of committing to a healthier lifestyle ive acheived the following:

Lost 55.3lb
Reduced BMI out of obese range, down 9.2pts
Lost 14.2% body fat
Lost 7.5in on chest
Lost 8.5in on waist
Lost 5.7in hips

My stats represent strength, determination, and a committment to a better self. Loving the numbers today
