Thanks for the reminder of progress over perfection!
Iβm still at my 150 lbs. But I keep tracking and trying to control my compulsive eating. One thing that I am trying is to not eat snacks, just eat 3 meals that I plan out ahead of time. Taking snacks out of the equation will give me way less decisions to make throughout the day, where I usually struggle all day and then fail around 4 pm from decision fatigue.
81.4kg this morning which is going in the right direction! Down 1.6kg since last Tuesday

Going up a little. But still good since I been out of town and out of routine forever.
Very happy today.
Got my weighing moment at the gym. Gained 0,7 kilo/1,54 lbs in muscle and lost 2 kilo/4,4 lbs in fat
So pushed the right button this time
Almost at a normal fat percentage now.

Down from 209 lb to 197lb since 16th April ! Aiming to try and get another 24 lb off in the next 3 months ! A lot easier once the alcohol isnt in the picture !

Edit. Actually just saw I weighed in the same as last time. So thatβs good I guess. No gain. Hoping to be under 195. Maybe next week
