Hello everyone, weigh in time…

81.3kg thats down about another ½lb since my last weigh in 2 weeks ago. Got to be happy with that. Hoping this will be a storming week.

Havent posted on this thread in awhile. But I have been working on my weight loss goals. Since Oct 1st, I have set a goal of losing 5lb a month. As of today, Nov 20th, I have lost 10.6lb!!! I started at 240lband now Im 229.4lb Feeling grateful and excited! Things finally seem to be moving in the right direction :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I waver over a line like this too. Water weight, half a sandwich, not moving enough that week… meh, give ourselves some grace there’s other ways our health is improving which aren’t on a scale.

Big weigh in time…
80.8kg .. thats down 500g or just over a lb since last week.
Really happy with this.
I am eating healthier but still manage the odd daily snack either a couple of kitkats or bag of crisps.
Really going to push this week and get under 80kg.

Tomorrow I’ll weigh myself for the first time in a long while. My clothes already tell me that I won’t be happy about it.
I’m joining your weight loss journey, which only makes sense now that I’ve stopped binge eating and cut out sugar.

So…. Not surprisingly it turns out that I gained weight that Iā€˜d like to get rid of again. Talking about 10kg.

Seems like impossible to to right now. But I am in a good place to start this mission.

I am visiting some friends for a couple of days. When I come back, I will step on the scale again.

Checking in paused on my weight loss journey. Last weekend I was away with my best friends and ate my weight in cheese, today is Thanksgiving in America and next week I land in Detroit where it will be 20 degrees F and all I will want to do is eat.
Still thinking on it, no longer calorie tracking but once I get back from vacation in 2 weeks it is ON! Until then I will give myself grace and allow myself to just enjoy my trip without food limitations.
Keep motivating and shedding the lbs. I’ll be back and renewed in my drive soon.
Tough time of year so if you are staying the course I salute you. :saluting_face:

Holding steady with a 25lbs weight loss. Aiming to move that forward very slowly. My priority is sobriety and then weight loss so even if its slow like a turtle im happy and not gaining is a win.

Back again on the scale: I lost a little weight. I think because I was very active the last week and my meals had a normal size.

Ive just weighed myself and Im going to try again later in the day at my normal weigh in time.
Maybe try and run a couple of marathons and a triathlon in the next 8 hours.

I have a check up this afternoon with my doctor. I’m thinking maybe instead of driving across that bridge. I should walk it. I’ve got 10 more pounds to lose and then I’ve got to maintain it for life.

The scales are telling me Ive gained 400g just under a pound. Its not surprising really, Ive ate crisps/chocolates/mince pies and today it was apricot stollen inbetween meals.
My main meals are really low fat and healthy as my wife is on a slimming world programme so we are eating well. My issue is the snacks.

In May I weighed 175lb and now 82 days sober I’m down to 158ish :blush::blush: Top picture is from May, bottom is today.
