Checking in for the night so I see my last weigh in was at 174 pounds leaves me 29 pounds to burn to get to my weightloss Goal tonight iam ending on a disappointed note I over ate today and let the day get the best of me went out to a buffet you guessed it went all out also had Wendyās late today was horrible I canāt do anything about it but blame myself and getting to work so this upcoming Monday itās all about the hardwork not being hard on myself and letting it go ! Iām still holding on to this last weigh in at 174 lbs letās gooo !!!

Right there. Thatās my goal weight. But Iām going up not down. I got some other shit going on right now so I will not let it bother me. Iām not drinking. So Iām happy about that.

Eric its all about what is on the inside that matters most what matters is you look happy and you eat the best damn food, I donāt think there is anything wrong with being happy whatsoever in life. And besides Iām right there with you bud Iāll be crushing pizza tonight

Checking in tonight I had a strawberry banana smoothie in the morning ā¦ Lunch had a Peanut butter grape jelly sandwich ā¦ had 3 Mandarines as snacks and a honey ham sandwich with sharp cheddar cheese tomatoe pickles and mayo for dinner waiting for my trailer to be loaded Iām getting hungry and here in the driverās lounge they have all sorts of chocolates chips sweets etc for me temptation Iām staying strong and with every strength I have Iām pulling back on not wasting a dollar on snacks that donāt benefit. My goal Letās gooo !!!
A bit late for my Sunday weigh in, but Iām up .4 of a pound this week, but again not surprised. The last 2 weeks have been EXTREMELY busy with re-painting my house, so it is probably why I havenāt gained more weight due to not working out more because I have been SO active. I did do an hour workout on Friday which felt and went well. I squeezed in a 20 min jog, 20 min ride and 20 min of core and today my core is screaming at me! So I am now weighing in at 119 lbs even. I still want to get to 110 lbs is my goal so 9 lbs left to go. I plan on working in some more exercise this week coming up but in addition to that, the dumpster we order arrives on Wednesday so we plan on purging our basement (yes it has that much crap!) We also having a friend coming up from FL to split his time between staying with us and his cousin on Thursday so that will be fun. And hubby starts his vacation week on Wednesday too. So we are bound to have a very busy and hopefully productive week!

Iām pretty excited about that. Since I was 200 Friday.
And I got a bit of depressing, fuck it, attitude with all my health concerns that came up last week. Especially with the AFib which makes me tired. So I feel like I havenāt worked out or walked enough. And Iām going to enjoy my chocolate after dinner. Iām happy @anon83587935 to appreciate every day and just be happy. And thereās tons of roses for me to stop and smell.

Edit: I was always embarrassed at how much I actually weighed and have never told anyone; so being here with you guys has made an honest woman out of me,
Also I was always insecure about my body as it aged, I used to pretty much get by on it in my younger days. I mentioned to a friend here but my selfie yesterday was a big deal to post; I actually took it down because it showed my wrinkles. Iām starting to just embrace all that I am rn and stop trying to appear perfect.

Thanks! Its a no solid foods cleanse. Apparently the first three days are the hardest. After that the body adapts and its not as hardā¦ I will set a new app counter for it so I can see what day Iām on for motivation lol
