Hey guys just wondering if anyone got really messed up on Friday?

Well on Friday I went on a ski trip.
Later that night as I was trying to fall asleep on the couch I started breathing abnormally slow, my heart was pounding, and it felt like my entire brain expanded. I thought I was going to die…again. 
But at some point in the night I stopped struggling against it and just thought, if I die at least it was sober. Then when I asked around, a lot of my friends also had a disturbed emotional and spiritual time Friday night, and didn’t calm down until Saturday.
So I was just wondering if this was an isolated incident for me, coincidence for my friends, it something of a global conscience experience…
