I use turmeric for my arthritis. It’s a great anti-inflammatory.

I get the vividly bizarro melatonin dreams sometimes, too…I think they’re kinda fun, though, if they happen :slight_smile:

I find if I keep it at 3mg or below, the likelihood is miniscule

I’ve just started turmeric and glucosamine for arthritis.

1/2 a lg avocado, 1 banana, 4 mini carrots, handful spinach and kale mix, 1 tbsp chia seed, 1 scoop green powder and 2 tbsp ACV.

365 calories (carbs: 46g, fat 19g, protein 10g)

Anyone else a smoothie drinker??

Following your lead @Yoda-Stevie after reading about BCAA, turmeric and krill oil. Started turmeric yesterday for the headaches and so far so good! No headache today either :raised_hands:. Thanks for sharing!

Similar for me! Im.eating so much better - my crap food cravings were out of control when drinking, plus I was too tired/hung over to bother cooking or eating well.
